Constitutional provisions on the impeachmnet of deputy president from the office.
The Deputy President can be removed from office under the following circumstances:
(a) Due to physical or mental inability to carry out the duties of the office; or
(b) Through impeachment for:
(i) A serious breach of the Constitution or any other law;
(ii) Sufficient evidence suggesting involvement in a crime under national or international law; or
(iii) Gross misconduct.
Additionally, the rules outlined in Articles 144 and 145 regarding the President's removal also apply, with necessary adjustments, to the removal of the Deputy President.
